Frozen cape

You'll have fun making this frozen cape. All you need to remember is to do French seams so the inside won't fray.

I also recommend a product Called EZ-Steam ll by Pelion for the appliquéd snowflakes, it's great to use with the light fabric.Don't forget to add some bling with Swarovski hot fix crystals. I believe my granddaughter will love this.
